Is Gustro Book Centre part of Gustro Limited?
Gustro Limited has two sales points, Gustro Bookshop on the 1st floor and Gustro Wholesale on the ground floor. Both these sales points are housed within Gustro Book Centre, the home of Gustro Limited.

Is there a special discount for wholesale customers?
Yes, a cash discount of 25% for valid book selling businesses with current trading licenses and a certificate of incorporation.
Does Gustro Limited have a credit ceiling or special payment terms for long term wholesale clients?
With the increasing depreciation of the Uganda shilling against the US dollar, Gustro Limited has had to revise these terms and will now negotiate on an individual basis in the form of a letter.
Does Gustro Limited offer warehouseing services?
Yes, Gustro Limited warehouses books for publishers who we distribute for and we also house consolidation books for projects.
Are there office for rent within Gustro Book Centre?
Currently, Gustro Book Centre has 7 offices on the 3rd floor leased by the following tenants.

What are the available payment options?
1. We accept VISA and Mastercard payments in UGX and USD.
2. MTN Mobile money via MomoPay for both Gustro Limited and Gustro Bookshop.
3. Bank deposits can be made into the Gustro Limited accounts at Stanbic Bank and Bank of Africa (U) Ltd after receipt of your proforma invoice.
4. Cash deposit/payment can be made at the cashier on the 1st floor of our book centre during working hours.

5. Cheques not exceeding Ugx 10,000,000 can be deposited in accounts at our respective banks.

Does Gustro Limited have a policy on returns?
Yes we do. Please see Return Policy under Terms & Conditions.
Does Gustro Limited have a delivery service?
Yes.
Gustro Limited offers delivery for purchases not exceeding one box to locations within Kampala city center during business hours, at an additional cost.
This cost varies based on the delivery location(s) but rates are based on going boda boda charges.
Please see that delivery costs are included in your payment.
How secure is the customer parking?
Gustro Limited offers gated parking for her customers overseen by a security guard. However, because this is public parking, Gustro management cannot 100% assure the security of vehicles or property.
The management of Gustro therefore advises her dear customers to always mind their property while at Gustro, and lock and arm their vehicles.
